Scrub balance board

So, what happens when you discover a new and exciting gadget which lets you train your balance in your living-room? You try it out straight away!

I'm talking about a "Scrub Balance Board" which is nothing else than a board which rolls on top of cylinder.  The goal is to stand on the board as long as possible.  It does look like an easy thing to do but believe me, it isn't (unless you've practiced a lot of course).

You can find one of these if you're lucky in one of those obscure hidden shops nobody knows about, but you better build one yourself if you have the time (and the courage).
